When will oracle database release 12.1.0.2 patchset for standard edition?

After oracle launched 12.1.0.2 for micorsoft x64 on July,2014. Oracle said only enterprise edition is released , as this one https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/SearchDocDisplay?_adf.ctrl-state=6qa72nyok_9&_afrLoop=374144306645876. But I used standard edition for some database, and I have to apply many patches that is exists in 12.1.0.2. I've wait for a long time for 12.1.0.2 to be released for standard edition. Could you tell me when it was published for standard edition?
