Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Where are defined the External Team Members for a Project

Hi,

Where are defined the 'External Team Members' for a Project? The user guide says that Oracle PA retrieves them from the TCA.

- But do they need to be defined as a supplier for example? Where are they created?
