Can some help me get the location segment to show with account segments in Trial Balance - Additiona

I am trying to add the second segment to an template so the General Ledger accountants can see the location segment and the account segments on the same line

everything I have tried is failing to bring in the location segment (second segment)  -- I tried starting with standard template oracle provided but cannot understand why it doesn't include the second segment values

I have tried adding the second segment and repeating group but it isn't working any suggestions would be welcomed
