Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. i get error while opening the oracle standard report ARXAGMW.RDF .

i already set in the registry the file path and the standard oracle library .

what do i need to open this report properly please
