Does Oracle provide out of box tools for data integrity validation in cases such as inventory mismat

In ideal cases of unit and amount count, where the SOH from SIM overrides the SOH of RMS to nullify any difference in SOH. Are there any tools available from Oracle, which can provide visibility in transactions which have failed within the integration layer?
