BPA releases are in requires reapproval status after make exceptions in ASCP forms.

Hello All,

User is doing some exceptions in ASCP form . after changes releases for the particular supplier goes into  requires reapproval status instead of automatic approvals.

 

Analysis – User is  doing exception in CTT, the released stuck in require re approval status. Only for Amtek supplier after made changes in ASCP form.

 

User query is Why releases did not approve automatically.

 

I have analysed the issue and Please find the below findings,

 

I have checked the issue for effected item 3522914

 

Release order date is : 09-FEB-2015 22:19:26

 

need by date is : 24-FEB-2015 00:00:00

 

 

Item lead time has been set up as 35 days.

 

 

 

So that ,only 15 days available to supply the demand.. I suspect, Due to this reason the release went to requires re approval status.
