Adjusting Trial Balance - Additional Segment Detail Template to include second segment value on same

I am trying to create an excel output for our users for the Trial Balance - Additional Segment Detail

whenever I try to include the second segment value--in our case--segment2 in the accounting flexfield breaking on the company segment--it will not show on the line with the account information

I've tried about everything but must be missing something--not sure if I need to change the report to support this--I will include my xml file--can someone suggest how to do this?
