Contractor request in iProcurement

Hi,

I have created contractor request in iProcurement requisition and it shows approved and contractor not applicable status. When i try to open it in Sourcing Super user to create RFQ i am not able to view it and start the next step as document builder RFQ to create new RFQ .

If i create Requisition through non-catalog request flow i am able to complete till Purchase Order and Receiving.

But why i am unable to complete the flow through Contractor request.

Do i missing some set ups or profile options.


Please VERY VERY URGENT.
