Not able to find the statutary Books in Book control LOV

Not able to find the statutory Books in Book control LOV.

Here is the scenario: We have a primary ledger in USD and secondary in MXN. While creating the corporate book I have selected the USD books all fine..But when I try to create the Tax books I'm not able to find the MXN books in Ledger LOV of book control.

Wanted to understand why it is not showing in LOV , am I missing something from config point of view....or as it is different currency will it not come up as a part of intended functionality.

Please clarify.
