GL Calendar FEB-16 Period Setup Error

Hi,

I used an end date of 2/28/16 in the setup for the FEB-16 period when in fact the date should have been 2/29/16. See attached validation report showing the error. I am unable to alter the "from" date since the period is already "in use" in Oracle.
