Multiple Account Distribution Commitment Relief

Hello Distribution Community!

Using 9.1 on Tools 9.1.3

We have found using the multiple account distribution function, and partial receipts, receipt reversals, changing quantities on purchase orders, etc have caused huge commitment relief issues that the Purge/Rebuid/Repost process does not fix at all!

Does anyone have an advice on #1 to stop the integrity issue and #2 to fix all the issues we currently have?   There are so many variables of the issues that it would take me days to type them all in.

I look forward to any assistance at all!  Been working on this issue for 6 months now.
