Measures appear with their names instead of labels

Hello,

I 've just upgraded from version 13.4.3 to 14.0.0.

The issue that I am facing is that whenever I open a wizard in Master Domain, several measures are appearing with their measures' names instead of their labels.

Note that the measures are appearing correctly (with their labels) in local domains.

I 've checked their "specs" with the "printMeasure" utility and I've noticed that the label in the Master domain has the value "NA".

However, the same measure in local domain has the correct label.

Note that I've successfully patched, but the problem still exists.

I 've also applied the hotfix 14.0.1.8 and patched but the issue still exists.
