Preparing previously managed Agent Host for Agent re-provisioning

Hi,

Can someone provide ( or direct me to ) a standard list of steps for cleaning up an Agent Host to enable re-installation of an Ops Center Agent ( as part of a Find Asset activity ).

An attempt being made currently to find a Solaris 10 Server, provision it with the agent install, and get it managed through the Ops Center Enterprise Console is failing.

It appears that this host was previously managed under Ops Center - but decommed ( partially - it seems ).

Errors Portion of the Agent Provision Job Log:-
