Incorrect displaying the number of rows on list applet in Open UI

Hi,

We have specified the number of rows on list applet by property "HTML Number of Rows". When list applet displays the quantity of rows one less than specified, the height of applet is decremented.

Scenario:

- Specify on any list applet property "HTML Number of Rows" = 5 (Screen1).

  In Open UI Interface the height of this applet is 5 rows (Screen2).

- Create 4 records.

  The height of this applet decrements, and displays 4 rows (Screen3). 

- If create 5 records or more, the height of this applet is again 5 rows (Screen4)

Have anybody seen this issue?
