Not able to deploy Custom Frame work application from EM WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.6.0

When I am trying to deploy or redeploy application I am keep getting following error at the time of initialization of application.

Caused by: java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: Could not find MBean operation "findDefaultRealm()" for MBean registered under "com.oracle.jps:type=JpsApplicationPolicyStore" and implemented by "class oracle.security.jps.mas.mgmt.jmx.policy.JpsApplicationPolicyStoreImpl"

Need help resolving this.
