Need help in tuning this query

Hi

please let me know if there is a way to tune this query,it is taking about 38 mins to execute where as the acceptable limit is 6 mins,so just wanted to check if there is any obvious way of tuning the query,

the stats are intact on all the objects involved.Attaching  the sqlmonitor report, i have not let this to complete but it takes around 38 mins to completed

SELECT A.BUSINESS_UNIT_PC,

         A.TREE_NODE_CHILD,

         A.BUSINESS_UNIT,

         A.CHARTFIELD2,

         A.Q_YEAR,

         A.PERIOD,

         A.PROJECT_ID,
