EDI POI order failed while importing

EDI POI file failed while importing, Below is the error message which I received in log file. All setups seems to be fine.

Setups checked--

1- TP setup is fine

2- Sold to location is active

3- Inbound path is correctly setup

4- ORG_ID is coming at right place in EDI file

Please suggest what could be the actual cause for this issue..
