CPU utilization

Hi,

I am seeing CPU utilization as 100% but the top 10 process is only using 0.4 percent or something like that. Though we are not facing any database access issue till from users point of view, still would like to check on this matter.

App - 9.1 Update 2

Tools - 9.1.3.0

DB - 11g R2

OS Solaris - 10.5

Please Advise.
