Down arrow that replaced Visual Assistant (F2) torch

Hell,

I would like to know how is called the new thing (feature?) brought by the latest tools where this down arrow, triangle? that replaced torch that used to launch Visual Assistant (F2)

The thing is presenting records from F0005D table by default which can cause many problem for language users. I want to report SR by want to read first and learn its proper name at least.
