How to copy jobs from 12cR2 to 12cR4 grid control on a new server

I am setting up a new 12cR4 grid control server and have some jobs scheduled in current 12cR2 server. How can I copy the jobs from old server to new server? This feature is not available in 11g version. Not sure if 12c has it.
