Does R12.1.3 support multiple stock locators for the same item in a single subinventory?

We are preparing for an upgrade from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3 and a question was posed. Here's the desired scenario:

1 part number has 3 locators assigned within the same subinventory (1 primary or picking locator and 2 overflow or storage locators). If so, can you query stock on hand by locator?
