DB Link issue during data import

Getting a bunch of link errors during data import like below.  I cannot find much info on cause as it relates to my issue.  There are about 30 of these errors in the log.  Using data pump to move data from 10.2.0.5 to 11.2.0.3 on windows. Links test ok prior to import
