Calculate Employee Script - FTE / Headcount

Hi, all.

So I'm new to scripting and was wondering if someone can simplify how to calculate FTE and Headcount in order to calculate Salary & Wages?

If you can talk in terms of what needs to be created (i.e. new accounts driver inputs/output) and use them in context of a simple script, that would be helpful.
