How to use Oracle Enterprise Manager with the Application Management Pack for Siebel to monitor perf

I have read somewhere about Oracle Enterprise Manager with the Application Management Pack for Siebel.

It says that this is the only monitor that utilizes SARM from the object managers to monitor siebel performance.

Can any of the experts comment on this and also on how to make use of this ?
