Error message - Cannot patch 10.1.2 Tools. - While installing EBS12.2 ON ORACLE LINUX 5.7

I tried to install Applications Technology Stck (10.1.2.3) as Getting this below mentioned Error.

Fatal Error: TXK Install Service
