ST/OT Item change in OT side.

HI Team,

In ST/OT order, OT (MCU 609) side for open quantity 70 for item 2922954 number (from ST/MCU 601) changing to 2925092. Lot is active and in F4108 I could find 3 records for one lot, two record for MCU - 609 for both the item (2922954 and 2925092) and for MCU - 601 only item 2922954.  

In F4108 Lot record for MCU - 609 for item 2925092 is newly created by the OT. which is wrongly done by system. Looking for help to resolve this issue, Any suggestion would be of great help.
