"Failed to impersonate user" Error When Running 11g BI Publisher scheduled reports using LDAP Securi

When I schedule a job for any report and after submitting the job, it will show the error

Error to reestablish global user:: USERNAME=[username] INSTANCE_JOB_ID=[1004::Failed to impersonate user.

I checked other posts which suggesting to add XMLP_ADMIN group to LDAP Administrator.

I did that but still the same problem.
