Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. "Failed to impersonate user" Error When Running 11g BI Publisher scheduled reports using LDAP Securi

When I schedule a job for any report and after submitting the job, it will show the error

Error to reestablish global user:: USERNAME=[username] INSTANCE_JOB_ID=[1004::Failed to impersonate user.

I checked other posts which suggesting to add XMLP_ADMIN group to LDAP Administrator.

I did that but still the same problem.
