Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

As I am new to CRM Telesales can you pleas explain about the overview tab with the functionality.

Inside the Targeted Source Code there is no data, what configuration is required for this.

Above there are code, name and type - What are these columns refer to and how to setup them in telesales .

Please explain me to understand in detail.
