Understanding ARM data load

Hi,

I need help in understanding ARM dataload via FDMEE.

My user has a required to load data from Source to FDMEE only, without importing into ARM.

In normal process, we initiate the data load from ARM application, which the dataload mode as set under Manage Data Loads is Snapshot.

By doing this data will be imported from Source into FDMEE (Staging) > Then from FDMEE to ARM (Data Load & Post Process).

I'm thinking to use one of the following method, however

1. I'm not sure whether they will import the data into ARM or not or Stop at the FDMEE.

2. Whether they produce the same result
