Campaign Email in Marketing

Hi All,

     We are working on Marketing module in Siebel to send mass email from Siebel.

We have created offer, lists, attached the lists, templates and Email Templates for the same.

While attaching a file(HTML File we receive from Marketing Team ) in Treatment Template, the saved in Siebel file system. In HTML file,there will be picture there.

If i am lunching the campaign and sending email to internal email ID's, we can view the HTML file perfectly as it is in Treatment Template.

But while sending the email to outside our network, the  html file is opening but without the picture attached into that.
