${ORACLE_HOME}/md/admin/sdoupggeom.sql 12c Failed

Dear all,

Is anybody has been successful installing sdoupggeom.sql in 12c! For the moment it failed.

SR has been open -> 3-10128098251

Oracle support reproduce the issue, but not yet any solution after a month!
