Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Oracle Inventory R12, Mtl_material_transactions (material Transactions)- costed_flag ='E' with error

CSTPACIN.COST_INV_TXN:CSTPAVCP.sub_transfer (200): ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource.

Anybody aware of the above problem?
