BSSV Issue

Hello,

We are getting the following error while testing via SOAPUI. (Their is no error in e1root.log/BSSV.out)

App : JDE 9.1 Update 2

TR : 9.1.5.1

WLS : 12C (12.1.2.0.0)

JDeveloper : 12C
