What is the easiest way to upload supplier catalogues in R12.1.3

Hello,

We have around 500 catalogues to be uploaded.

The process we follow now to upload the catalogues is,

Purchasing super user > Buyer Work Center > Agreements

a) create a header manually

b) Go to lines and choose via upload and choose a file with line information

Now to repeat this process 500 times takes too long.

Is there any other way using which i can upoad catalogues faster ?

Please advice.
