Can tax rates be set up based on the purchasing categories ?

Hello,

Can tax rates be set up based on the purchasing categories in an indirect procurement set up ?

Say for all items which are bought under the category 'Arts & Leisure' the VAT rate will be 20%

Similarly the items bought under the category 'Research & Development' the VAT rate will be 10%

Is this possible ?

So here the purchasing category will determine the tax rate.
