Is it possible to implement (seeded) out-of-the-box Succession Planning to populate the 9-Box withou

We currently have Talent Management installed and configured.  We are looking to implement Succession Planning.

Is it possible to implement (seeded) out-of-the-box Succession Planning to populate the 9-Box (Talent Profile) without using ANY associated values from the Talent Management appraisal performance rating?

1. We need no association between Talent Management (TM) appraisal performance and the employee 9-box
2. We need to implement Succession Planning (SP), as if we were not using Talent Management appraisal module
3. We need the 9-box on Talent Profile to only be fed by Succession Planning readiness level and performance rating
4. We need the processed appraisals in Talent Management
