How to credit overridden amount in Service Cotract

Hello,

I have an issue in the service contract overridden amount. The case is like this.

There is a contract shows overridden amount as result of termination of a subline.

Total - 85.00

Overridden - 83.14

How can we provide credit of this amount to customer ?

Is there a possibility to provide credit to consumer with different amount?
