Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Looking for some help in what guides I should follow to upgrade the database from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2.

I am running R12.1.3 on RedHat Linux 5.8.
