Set up for Fiscal Year End Rollover R07310 set up in Prepayroll

I reviewed Oracle Document ID 1220853.1 for the set up of the special handling of UDC 06/AF with the Fiscal Date.

I set up the R073910 on the Payroll Workbench

Set up Accrual DBA with Limit Method 3 and Rollover Date Code to FISC.

The Fiscal Dates for the company of the employee exist in the G/L.

I submit the payroll over the Pay Period that encompasses the fiscal year end 07/31/15.

Unsuccessful.

Does anyone have any idea how to do the fiscal Rollover using the prepayroll method?
