Role has no user

Hello All,

I'm trying to use the asset disposal worksheet and get a message about how the AM_SS_ACCOUNTING_CLERK role has no members.  However when I checked security, 30+ people have this role.

I found an article that sounds similar - EAM: Basic Add Error - Role Financial Asset Manager Has No Members (52,7) (Doc ID 1180494.1).  There is mention about a fix one can use if no workflow is needed.  I am unable to see the solution from Doc ID 663106.1.

Does anyone know what the solution is?
