why the net selling price between istore doesnot match with the line total price in quoting.,from is

IStore is having the net selling price and whn I am converting the cart to quote,the quote total selling price doesnot match with the istore line price.there is decimal difference in quoting.How can I bring exactly the same price on quote without any rounding.Also Customer enters quotes manually in quoting directly,so which profiles will help in both of these cases.
