NEW IB Transaction error

Hi Team,

I have got below error in IB Transaction table,Please provide some insight if any one have come across this issue.

Error:

"Program Error: An unexpected error was encountered.

Error code - &ERROR_CODE

Error message - &ERROR_MESSAGE

Action: Contact your system administrator. (SQLcode=100) (SQLerrm=ORA-01403: no data found) OKC_CONTRACTS_REQUIRED_VALUE (COL_NAME=Adjust PM Program Schedule(SUB LINE))"
