RAC 11.2.4 on Windows 2012 R2

Dear all,

RAC 11.2.0.4 on Windows 2012 R2 is already certified, in the certification there is a line saying that Patch 11 or higher is required.

I have already installed like this:

Install the GI software only then apply BP 12 (am not sure if it is possible to apply Bundel Patch on software only)? then the database software only and after that also the BP 12.

It Worked in my Test environment (VirtualBox) but still have problems after that, for example both Nodes evicted with OraFence error, some time I can not see the shared Devices.

Does any one have any idea or tried it before?
