ORA-03137: TTC protocol internal error

Dear everyone,

When I connecting to Database (version 11.2.0.4.0) from Oracle Forms and my *.fmb  app want to save data  into clob columun I see ORA-03137 in alert log and forms session is breakdown. I have tried many solutions which I found on google (eg set . “_optim_peek_user_binds”=false). but it works fine only when I change on client side (Oracle Forms) in tnsnames server=dedicated to server=shared.

I think that problem is caused by nls_lang ( on Oracle Forms is set EE8ISO8859P2 (in defalut_app.env) on database charset=AL32UTF8 ) because when I change on client side nls_lnag to
