INV_RESERVATION_PUB.create_reservation Cannot create reservation

Dear All

I am using INV_RESERVATION_PUB.create_reservation API to create reservation for sales order but it is giving an error "Could not reserve. Item does not match sales order". While same API running correctly for other items. Please describe reason and solution.
