While applying patch 17919161 we get error ORA-02303 in EGOSEFD2.sql

While applying patch 17919161 with this command adop phase=apply apply_mode=downtime patches=17919161 follow section 6.1 from note <span class="p_AFHoverTarget xq" style="font-weight: bold; color: black; font-size: 130%;">Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.4 Readme (Doc ID 1617458.1) we get the following error:</span>
