Common Foundation user guide / info?

I am new to this company, but familiar with JDE. We are on release 8.10. I need to train a new employee who has never worked with JDE before. I have access to the 8.10 Documentation on Oracle's website. What guide would have basic information in it? Logging on, changing password, QBE line, etc. Isn't there a Common Foundation guide of some sort? I can teach him on the fly, but I thought if there was documentation out there, I could print some off for his use. Why recreate the wheel......
