We currently have BIP 10.1.3.4 on EBS 12.0.6 (Oracle Containers for the Java (OC4J) application server) on Oracle 11.2.0.3.  Is Weblogic req'd for upgrading to BIP 11g?  (we're trying to avoid that additional upgrade/transition for a while if possible, have enough req'd upgrades lining up already, e.g. EBS 12.0.6 to 12.1 or 12.2, rdbms to 11.2.0.4, etc...)
