load balancing use the http server mod_wl_ohs

we are wondering what our options for load balancing and determingin the load on the server and let the load be balanced determined on the process or load that session is creating. We have reviewed the different algoorithms and wanted to know if  Weight-Based Load Balancing applies to our situation or what options i(i.e. load balancing and web cache )do we have to increase performance

we currently license the basic weblogic server
