Clone of PROD ASCP has bad link to Supplier for existing PO but new planned order is good.

New ASCP clone has an issue with an already existing plan. I have rerun this plan several times. New Planned Orders for turnkey Supplies have a good link to a trading partner but an existing PO has a link to a supplier not in the tables. This problem has continued even though I did a Refresh Collection Snapshot ALL on ERP and then the collections on ASCP. Any one have an idea how to get the tables for Supplier consistent with these plans short of dropping all the plans and recreating them? Any other ideas? How did I do this?
